Attorney needed for Boston office

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 8 years of experience handling complex litigation. The candidate will perform a variety of professional work in support of the nationwide Insurance and Catastrophic Loss Group, including:Managing and driving insurance casesConducting thorough legal researchAnalyzing documentsPreparing and responding to discoveryAnalyzing coverageDrafting motions and correspondence, including coverage opinionsProviding support for and conducting depositionsDrafting briefs, proposing case strategy and recommendationsPerforming other insurance-related work as assigned, including assisting with marketing efforts, articles, and presentationsThe candidate will manage a diverse caseload and case teams, effectively prioritize assignments, and proactively drive cases forward in collaboration with the partners.
