Currently seeking Per Diem Registered Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (RN/LVN) who are interested in working as
Independent Contractors .We are currently hiring
Per Diem Registered Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (RN/LVN)
for opportunities in Northern California.Job Responsibilities:Must have experience working with patients with tracheostomies and ventilators.Manage nursing care plans and educate patients and families on appropriate treatment to assist in improving and/or maintaining health.Assist in maintaining a safe work environment and perform all job responsibilities in a safe manner.Administer medications within scope of practice.Report changes in a patient's condition promptly and appropriately to the physician/appropriate individual.Complete documentation for patient care and mobilize resources during a crisis.Act as liaison between the physician, staff, and patient/family by communicating with family members/physicians regarding specific patient needs, complexities, or unusual findings to promote continuity of care.Be flexible and have the ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.Be comfortable in an in-home setting.Specialties:Private DutyHospiceHome HealthInfusionEating DisorderAddiction and Recovery TreatmentCOVID TestingCOVID PositivePACUSurgical CentersSNFAssisted LivingSettings:Private HomesLong Term CareHow to Apply:Apply to our job ad and we’ll invite you to a phone interview with our recruiter.
