Technology and IP Transactions Associate – San Francisco

Our client is seeking mid-level Technology and IP Transactions Attorneys to join its San Francisco office. Our client’s Technology & IP Transactions Practice Group focuses on business transactions driven by intangible assets, technological assets and attendant intellectual property rights. Your practice will be focused on technology and related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, licensing and other commercial transactions. You will act on both sides of multinational mergers and acquisitions, patent purchases and sales and licensing and IP transactions. You will routinely advise clients on evolving multijurisdictional privacy regimes, cybersecurity, big data platform diligence and IP matters. You will leverage your significant experience in technology, intellectual property and privacy to help clients navigate risk and protect their commercial interests. Annual salary range:
