In order to fulfill that mission, we've launched a search focused on identifying an experienced and influential leader to join our Pharmacy team in the role of AVP, Business Technology Implementation. The role requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise wide. The AVP will report directly to the Vice President of Pharmacy Business Improvement.Responsibilities:Lead an organization of 35-40 associates, including approximately 4 direct reports.Deliver new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives.Complete and/or coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team.Make decisions which are typically related to intradepartmental coordination, development and implementation of strategic plans, and business outcomes.Develop and implement strategic plans for the scope of management that are aligned with the Segment or Business strategy.Deliver and execute on the IT portfolio spend.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.8 or more years of direct leadership experience.Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments.Experience facilitating cross-functional and collaborative teams' efforts.Relationship management experience.Experience working in a matrixed environment.Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies.Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.Preferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.Pharmacy related experience.Additional Information:Work-At-Home location is flexible and remote, anywhere across the US. Requires approximately 10% travel as business needs dictate.COVID Policy:
