Rheumatologist Opportunity:
Mercy Health Physicians-Youngstown is seeking a rheumatologist to assist in diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disease and systemic autoimmune conditions or rheumatic diseases.Primary responsibilities include:Outpatient clinical care for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients who suffer from musculoskeletal diseases.Enhancing the function of affected body parts, healing, and alleviating pain.This rheumatologist will work under Mercy Health Physicians Youngstown Orthopedics and Sports Medicine department along with 9 employed orthopedic surgeons, 4 employed physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians, 3 podiatrists, and 1 employed chiropractor. The practice is experiencing growth, and the addition of a rheumatologist will meet the needs for our patients and continue to offer our community comprehensive musculoskeletal services.Mercy Health Youngstown is a regional provider of choice for musculoskeletal services as we demonstrate patient-centered, superior outcomes. In partnership with its physicians, Mercy Health provides comprehensive musculoskeletal services that are locally accessible to patients across the Tri-county community.This is a hospital employment opportunity and there are no overhead or buy-in requirements.
