Reviewing charge files and recommending the initiation of litigationFiling petitions for compliance with administrative subpoenasSeeking temporary injunctive reliefFiling motions to obtain compliance with court orders, decrees, and pre-suit settlement agreementsProsecuting cases while ensuring consistency with EEOC litigation policies and judicial precedentsConducting discovery for litigation in federal courtPreparing and presenting motions, responses and oral arguments to the courtsPreparing pretrial and post-trial briefs and materialsConducting all facets of trials in federal courtsProviding formal and informal legal advice and memoranda to agency personnel
