WREG (CBS), located in the home of blues, soul and rock ‘n’ roll of Memphis, has an immediate opening for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of success.This new opportunity will report directly to the Director of Sales while working closely with other Department Heads to consistently deliver on the station’s strategic goals for growth. We are looking for an energetic leader who will build on the success of our Broadcast and Digital sales team. A successful candidate must have excellent communication and leadership skills, business acumen with a high sense of urgency, and strong interpersonal skills.Director of Sales is responsible for delivering best in class sales performance, and expansion into critical regional key accounts and channels. This role will be accountable for implementing strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market development in line with Nexstar's vision and values.Responsibilities:Create unique and customized media plans for high profile buyers leveraging Nexstar Digital’s full suite of products including OTT, Video, Social, Data, Addressable.Meet and exceed sales quota leveraging Nexstar’s growing suite of products.Manage a client pipeline and project revenue utilizing a CRM.Demonstrate fluency in ad technology and video advertising with strong communication and presentation skills.Communicate efficiently both externally and internally across multiple teams.Credibly influence decision makers and develop tailored solutions.Organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a team-oriented collaborative fashion.Take on additional opportunities as the company expands.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree3+ years experience in selling TV, Video, and DigitalStrong attention to detail and an excellent team playerFamiliarity with Microsoft Office suite of productsWillingness to travelExperience selling across multiple advertising products, including OTT, display, video, and data is a plus.Self-starter capable of flourishing in high-growth environmentsEnergy and passion for growing a digital video advertising businessNexstar Media Group, Inc.
