Location: West Chester, OhioCountry Intelligence Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our client located in Phoenix, AZ. The candidate will assist with discovery and requirements gathering, process analysis and design, and the overall implementation of projects effectively, efficiently, on-time, and within budget. Depending on the client's needs, an engagement period may require a full or part-time commitment.Job Description:
Tasks Performed:Conducts analysis and design phases of the projectPerforms secondary assessment of client needsConducts client interviews and documents findingsPerforms gap analysisIdentifies and documents current and future state analysis, business process designs, and recommendation strategiesProvides input into the development of the projectPresents status and recommendations to the Project ManagerMay interface with clients as directedDocuments requirements for business users or customers, testing and engaging user acceptance testing for desired resultsAssists in problem resolution as needed to ensure that the customers receive prompt, efficient services in accordance with project deliverablesEducation, Experience, and Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma (Required)Bachelor's Degree PreferredProcess MappingBusiness Analysis and Requirements GatheringGap Analysis Process Definition/Process DesignAbility to Use Software Tools Such as MS Project, MS Project Server, and MS Office SuiteAbility to balance multiple tasks/priorities independently and consistently meet deadlinesAbility to lead by influence and impact business decisions/processesAbility to travel between AZ and CAAbility to travel to and work in multiple client locationsJob Requirements:
Minimum Public Trust Clearance (DHS)U.S. Citizenship, and successful background checkJob Location & Term:
