0.6Position Summary:Under the direction of the Nurse Manager and Director, the RN communicates and collaborates with physicians and other members of the health care team to provide consistent quality care for in-patients and out-patients with wound, ostomy, and HBO needs/conditions. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the RN accepts responsibility for patients as a case manager to plan, implement and evaluate care for chronic wound, ostomy and hyperbaric patients. The RN works within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act and follows all department and hospital policies and procedures.
