We are seeking a Senior Project Architect with a desire to lead project teams and develop their career in a creative and collaborative studio environment. This position offers the potential for firm and practice group leadership through the development and implementation of firm initiatives. Join our team in our main office in Springfield or become an important part of our growing team in our Cambridge location.You should consider this role if you:Hold a professional degree in architecture (B-Arch or M-Arch) from a NAAB accredited schoolAre a licensed Architect with 10+ years of direct architectural experienceHave strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAre dedicated to quality project managementHave a desire to lead a team through complex project tasksHave an interest and ability to mentor and supervise less experienced staffHave proficient knowledge of building science, sustainable technologies, construction methods, building code, and zoning principlesCan work in Revit, and are proficient in Microsoft Office suiteHave design experience on multi-family housing, hospitality, and/or publicly funded projectsAs a member of our team, you will:Collaborate with company leadership to realize the creative vision of projectsManage and coordinate collaborative, integrated design teams through all phases of designAct as the primary client contact for projectsPrepare and deploy strategic plans to lead and manage production teams to complete one or more projects simultaneouslyPotentially lead a design practice group within the office, based on your experienceBenefitsIn addition to a competitive salary and generous benefits package, we are dedicated to supporting your professional goals.
