Join Qorvo's Finance Technical Center of Excellence. This hybrid role focuses on comprehensive report cataloging and meticulous documentation of report requirements and data sources related to existing and new Finance reporting needs.RESPONSIBILITIES:Create a comprehensive catalog of all existing Finance reports, detailing current usage, purpose, and data sources.Create and maintain detailed documentation of reporting requirements and processes.Gather requirements for new financial reports, ensuring they meet business needs and compliance standards.Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reports are aligned with business needs and are scalable, secure, and maintainable.Monitor report release processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Partner with the Finance Steering Committee to assess current reports and new reporting requests, ensuring alignment with the Business Intelligence strategy and avoiding report proliferation.Stay abreast with newer technologies, best practices, trends, and leverage them to scale business processes.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance team.Adhere to Lean framework to support continuous improvement.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance reporting, governance, or a related role. Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA is highly desirable.Strong understanding of financial reporting processes and requirements.Proficiency in SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Qorvo will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorizations for this position.MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVOWe are Qorvo.
