Albany, Georgia30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1335LABOR CATEGORY : Business Analyst, IntegrationSEHLKE POSITION TITLE : SME IILOCATION : Albany, GA (MCLB Albany)JOB DESCRIPTION : Sehlke Consulting is currently seeking qualified candidates that will lead a team of subject matter experts located in Albany, GA in conjunction with Marine Corps Logistics Command Supply Chain Management Center’s mission of strategic logistics services planning to accomplish the continued logistical support mission to enhance Fleet Marine Force readiness and sustainability objectives. Experience that equipped the applicant with a high level of knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of Lead Business Analyst regarding Integration. Experience should demonstrate:Duties and expectations include, but are not limited to the following:Ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions at an enterprise level.Support the Business Analyst (Lead – Integration) in analyzing supply chain processes and architecture and providing recommended courses of action for integration of Supply Chains and improvement of processes.Support change management efforts for the government customer to integrate and improve supply chains.Apply knowledge of laws, policies, regulations and precedents applicable to logistics planning and program execution/sustainment.Support development of recommendations for changes to Marine Corps policy that integrate and improve supply chains.Support development of briefings, documents, and other communications related to supply chain integration and improvement.Support facilitation of meetings or conferences for integration and improvement in supply chains.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS : SecretEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : Minimum of a four (4) year course of study in a relevant field leading to a bachelor’s degree, or a combination of successfully completed post-high school education and/or training experiences that meet the total qualification requirements for this position level.CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : N/AEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Possess 5 years of successful Reparable/Consumable Management experience at Marine Corps activities in the facilitation and operational planning skills.Possess detailed knowledge and insight into Logistics Command’s management and organizational structure for Ground Equipment Secondary Items Management.Possess detailed knowledge of Logistics Command’s performance management framework for evaluating the effectiveness of SECREP Products & Services.Possess detailed knowledge and experience with Logistics Command’s framework and concept for planning and execution in the Metrics Management, SECREP sourcing, Source of Repair processes; and SECREP Wholesale pricing.SYSTEM SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :Proven capabilities to adjust to and train personnel on newly designed systems required for better enhancement of supply/fiscal operations that may be similar to legacy systems as comparable to:SABRSSMARTSGCSS-MCADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS :Travel may be required at least two weeks per year.Must be able to lift 50 pounds.Ability to multi-task and employ problem-solving skills.Warehouse technicians may require forklift certification and minimum sin-shop license.To be eligible for employment, you must be fully vaccinated, except in limited circumstances where an employee is legally entitled to an accommodation, by January 4th, 2022 or your start date, whichever is second in time.
