The group is experiencing strong growth and has particular need in the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice, which is focused on startup/emerging growth company representation and seed and venture capital financing.This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial office environment while working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience working with emerging growth companies, superior academic credentials, ambition and initiative. California bar admission required.
