Position: Internet Strategy And Litigation Associate AttorneyExperience: 5-7 years of relevant experienceDuties:

Handle cases and investigations related to Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and First Amendment issues.Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance to clients.Conduct legal research and analysis.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve client objectives.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.Requirements:
