Candidates should also possess experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements and contractual provisions related to intellectual property and trademarks. Knowledge of managing IP due diligence, litigation discovery, and trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) is highly advantageous. The role requires exceptional technical, professional, and client service skills, along with outstanding written and verbal communication and advocacy abilities. Active Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction is required.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and manage trademark prosecution efforts, providing strategic advice on trademark matters, conducting clearance searches, and analyzing search results.Develop and implement comprehensive trademark strategies to protect and enforce clients' trademark rights globally.Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements related to intellectual property and trademarks, including licensing agreements and assignments.Handle trademark disputes, including proceedings before the TTAB and other dispute resolution forums.Conduct IP due diligence and coordinate litigation discovery related to trademark disputes.Provide legal counsel on internet and e-commerce issues affecting trademark rights and enforcement.Maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality client service and strategic legal advice.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar in good standing in Connecticut.Minimum of 6 years of experience in trademark law, focusing on prosecution and enforcement.Proficiency in trademark counseling, clearance searches, and trademark prosecution.Proven track record in handling complex trademark disputes and litigation.Experience with IP due diligence, litigation discovery, and TTAB proceedings preferred.Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills.Superior written and verbal communication skills with strong advocacy capabilities.Skills:Deep understanding of trademark prosecution and enforcement strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to effectively manage and strategize trademark portfolios.Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.Location:
