$25 - $27 per hour, plus CommissionWe are seeking an experienced retail Assistant Store Manager to provide leadership in our Swatch Store. The ideal candidate must be a seasoned Retail Assistant Manager with a strong focus on driving sales and delivering customer service skills.Responsibilities
Drives sales and supports sales objectivesPerforms daily activities of operating a specialty retail storeWorks together with the Store Manager to direct a cohesive and high-functioning teamSets the standard of a superior level of customer service and sales volumeDevelops and motivates staff; leads by exampleProtects the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets according to guidelines and directivesBrings positive recognition to the SWATCH brand through effective communication, enthusiastic attitude, and professionalismProfessional Requirements
All candidates should have at least 3-5 years of experience in an Assistant Manager position, specialty retail preferredTeam-orientedCreative approach to problem-solvingAbility to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environmentSense of responsibility and accountabilityProactive attitudeJob Location
