The candidate should have a basic understanding of and a keen interest in patent law. Must have undergraduate or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, and/or physics; experience working within the Intellectual Property department of a comparable law firm; and a high level of academic achievement from a law school institution. ITC experience would be a plus. Should have excellent writing skills.
