IP Litigation Senior Associate – Seattle

Annual salary range: $220,000 – $410,000We are looking to speak with IP litigation associate attorneys to join our client’s Intellectual Property practice in their Seattle office.The incoming senior associate will litigate on behalf of clients in a variety of industries in trial and appellate courts across the country, as well as the International Trade Commission. You will focus your practice on litigation and counseling relating to trade secrets, patents, trademarks, copyrights, writs and appeals and commercial disputes. You will have represented clients in the entertainment, financial services, biotechnology, social media, e-commerce, sports products and apparel, movie and production, diagnostic testing, beverage, manufacturing, oil and gas, real estate, electronics, designer clothing, staffing and hospitality.The ideal candidate will have a technical background in software, computer science, electrical or mechanical areas.
