Team consists of three physicians and two APPs.4-day work week; Clinic hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, M-F.Outpatient only with 1:6 nurse triaged call.Lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health onsite.Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support.EPIC Electronic Medical Record.Organization Benefits:
