As a church without a building, Church of the Larger Fellowship (CLF) relies heavily on technology to provide our ministry. Our Technology Manager is the go-to technical person on our small team that empowers our ministers, religious educators, etc., to do the important work they do. Our Technology Manager is involved in almost everything we do as the technical expert and is an integral part of our team. The Technology Manager is responsible for CLF’s information technology programs including the management of web-based applications (CRM, productivity tools, communications, G Suite), information security, infrastructure, IT projects, CRM administration, and website. The Technology Manager provides tech support for colleagues and leads on/off-boarding staff on our technical tools. The Technology Manager collaborates with the Data Services Coordinator who is responsible for the data needs of the organization.Core Competencies

Evaluate, recommend, and implement both hardware and software solutions to enhance the effectiveness of our procedures, programs, and ministries.Assist the Data Services Coordinator in designing, testing, and implementing processes and reports to support fundraising, membership, strategic planning, prison ministry, faith development, and other program areas.Manage website content, security, and optimal functionality.Serve as administrator on all of our technical solutions including Google Workspace, Slack, etc.Manage software licensing/license renewal.Provide technical support for staff and congregants.On-board and train incoming staff on our stack of technical tools. Off-board outgoing staff.Qualifications

Website development and management tools and best practices, especially WordPress.Technical Security:

Capable of being trusted with high-level security access for enterprise information systems, including financial and member data.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems including process and workflow building, troubleshooting, migration, etc.Business intelligence tools.Google Workspace.Hardware and software evaluation.Technical problem-solving best practices.Project management for successful technology implementations.Physical Requirements

Ability to use a computer.Access to stable high-speed internet.Experience

3-5 years as a technology professional or where technology is a major part of responsibilities.Collaborating successfully with colleagues that have varying levels of technology skills.Developing and implementing technology solutions.WordPress, Google Workspace, CRMs, Business intelligence tools.Technology purchase analysis.Technology problem-solving.Education
