The Mid-level Commercial Disputes Associate Attorney will manage a caseload of complex litigation matters, collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and represent clients in state and federal courts. Additionally, they will assist with business development efforts and stay updated on legal developments in litigation.Duties:

Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters from start to finishConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefsDevelop and implement case strategies in collaboration with team membersConduct depositions, witness interviews, and all aspects of discoveryPrepare and argue motions and briefs before state and federal courtsCommunicate effectively with clients to keep them informed of case developments and negotiate settlements when appropriateStay current on legal developments, trends, and best practices in litigationAssist with business development efforts, including client presentations and networking eventsRequirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the State Bar and in good standing3-5 years of experience practicing litigation law, with a focus on commercial litigation and non-IP patent matters preferredStrong litigation skills, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in courtPre-trial and trial experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make strategic decisionsCommitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients with minimal supervisionExperience with electronic discovery and litigation support tools preferredEducation & Certifications:
