This position will be responsible for managing key performance indicators, analyzing and evaluating financial results, as well as assisting in the monthly management reporting package.RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyzes monthly results and articulates actionable recommendations to senior management to ensure financial results are achieved.Assists in the preparation of company monthly financial statements.Assists in the preparation of annual department budget and company consolidated budgets; develops and updates monthly/quarterly forecasts as required.Responsible for reconciling balance accounts and preparation of monthly account analysis; researches and resolves reconciliation differences on a monthly basis.Preparation of month-end close activities; posting and reviewing journal entries as required.Fixed Asset and capital appropriations management for multiple facilities.Develops dashboards to scale the monitoring of KPIs and other management tools to drive efficiencies and business growth throughout the organization.Performs other related duties as assigned.
