A law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney for their Naples office. The attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of complex commercial litigation matters with a focus on real estate and construction disputes. The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in these areas, along with a strong academic record and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.Duties:Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including real estate and construction disputes.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar.5+ years of experience practicing commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate and construction disputes.Strong academic record.Initiative, enthusiasm, and commitment to client service.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Education & Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar.Skills:Substantial experience in real estate and construction litigation.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal work.Trial experience is preferred.
