The position offers meaningful involvement in ongoing litigation cases on a national scale.Duties:Participate in all aspects of complex commercial litigation cases.Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Assist with discovery, including Electronic Discovery.Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients on case strategy.Manage caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.Requirements:Distinguished academic credentials.Superior writing and analytical capabilities.Experience in Electronic Discovery and federal court writing highly desirable.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Skills:Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent writing and communication abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Experience in complex commercial litigation preferred.Familiarity with Electronic Discovery and federal court procedures.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
