We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst. In this role you will demonstrate your technical expertise. To be successful in this position, you must have solid functional and technical skills in PeopleSoft. The person should be the subject matter expert in PeopleSoft HCM application, particularly in Workforce Management, Benefits Administration, Position Management, and/or Classification and Compensation. This position will participate in the implementation of PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Absence Management modules. This position is required to maintain accurate information and ensure data integrity in our HCM system. Strong reporting skills to create standard and ad hoc reports are a must. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/gap analysis, and writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate across departmental lines with IT developers, stakeholders, and various subject matter experts to implement changes and troubleshoot issues. This classification performs work that requires maintaining confidentiality and is routinely privy to matters that either involves confidential information.EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, and eight years of relevant experience.Relevant experience is defined as:

Technical and functional experience/skills in PeopleSoft HCM (Workforce Management, Benefits Administration, Position Management).CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTSLicense(s):

Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.DESIRABLESPeopleSoft Time and Labor and Absence Management modules.Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/gap analysis, and writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements.
