$26.00 - $30.00 per hourGeneral Job Responsibilities:
Make basic repairs to appliances (garbage disposal, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, icemakers, laundry equipment, ovens, stoves)Identify and correct hazardous property conditions, look for needed maintenance and liability hazards and repair/report to Maintenance SupervisorPerform turn-key work as required to ensure vacancies are rent-ready in a timely manner for new residentsOperate washer and dryer and cleaning equipment normally associated with positionRepair plumbing fixtures (leaky faucets, toilets, sinks, drain, valves, water lines)Perform wall texturing, painting, wall repairs, and wallpapering as neededPerform rough and finish carpentry as well as door removal and installationHeating and Air Conditioning Equipment (HVAC)Smoke Detectors & Carbon Monoxide AlarmsRequirements:
2+ years’ of Residential Maintenance experienceHVAC certifications highly preferredEPA requiredCPO highly preferredMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationExperience with residential plumbing, painting, hardware installation, troubleshooting & repairs, electric, and other general maintenance.Basic tools required. Advanced or specialized equipment provided.Customer service orientated with the ability to work well with residents, vendors, management, and co-workersExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of Fair Housing and OSHAApply online TODAY for immediate consideration!
