Position: Business Project Manager (Core Banking)Duration: 6 MonthsLocation: San Ramon, CAJob Responsibilities:Guide the governance body, administrative board, and project unit to facilitate proper functioning of the project, especially at the time of initiation.Handle opposing precedences and various perspectives efficiently.Effectively supervise the dynamics of the project team.Ensure stakeholders, team members, and all related personnel are aware of their responsibilities and duties, and their participation in the project.Determine project targets and objectives for team associates to ensure their involvement.Improve performance of team personnel by providing proper training and recommendations.Resolve, determine, rationalize, track, and handle risks and problems that may arise during the project.Distribute information related to the project and inform team members and stakeholders about its development.Examine progress of the work and maintain project plans to meet standards.Manage stakeholders and compel them to sanction transformations during project operations.Manage any variance or divergence from the project plans.Determine target markers and design an elaborated plan as projects move from one developmental phase to another.Improve communication plans of the projects and report changes to top management personnel.Utilize project plans to ascertain and examine constraints, deliverables, critical points, and dependencies.Investigate delivery and accomplishment of the organization’s products and services.Coordinate with project team members and lead meetings to develop agreements and solutions for challenging problems.Manage work processes of the project to ensure timely and budget-compliant handover.Record instructions and outcomes learned during the project for future use.Enforce suitable execution plans and strategies to avoid hindrances and malfunctioning.Work with vendors to calculate total monetary fund required for purchasing project tools and instruments.Observe employees and assign individual project tasks based on skill, capabilities, and areas of expertise.Required Skills:Strong Core Banking with Deposit Side
