As a cross-functional leader of the business, you will bring a strategic mindset combined with sound operational experience and stakeholder partnership to develop and provide insightful, value-added analysis across the company and help drive financial outcomes.What will I be doing?Lead financial planning process across the company, including quarterly, annual, and long-term forecasting.Serve as a key business partner to executives and a contributor to growth strategies and public company readiness.Strategically manage ongoing financial analysis, including monthly/quarterly budget variance analyses at company-wide and department levels.Establish and maintain key metrics to help provide insights into business performance, and build complex financial models and analyses.Advise senior management on the financial implications of business activities, making recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance.Work cross-functionally to develop operating policies, procedures, and improvement programs for the attainment of corporate and business objectives.Successfully manage, lead, develop, and grow a team of high-performing finance professionals.Develop and implement efficient financial processes and systems that support a rapidly growing business and eventual IPO.Prepare and analyze management presentations, including monthly reporting packages, BOD, QBR, and Finance Review.Provide additional support and contributions to company initiatives including M&A opportunities and Investor Relations.What skills do I need?10 years of progressive FP&A/Finance roles in a global organization that has been through rapid and mature growth of at least $200M in revenue.Public company experience or analogous public company exposure (e.g. relevant investment banking experience).Deep enterprise SaaS experience.Strong strategic finance foundation, ideally through experience in private equity investing, investment banking, management consulting, or similar experience.Proven ability to build, retain, and mentor a strong team.IPO experience preferred.Investor Relations experience is a plus.Analytical, problem-solving skill set is fundamental.Culture fit: Defined as smart, humble, authentic, transparent, mature, and well-rounded.Outstanding people leader who hires, coaches, develops, and motivates their team to do exceptional work.Polished, clear communicator; able to negotiate and build relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.Entrepreneurial instincts; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Growth mindset; balances fiscal responsibility with a risk profile that is progressive and strategic.Impeccable integrity and ethical standards.BenefitsWe are a well-treated bunch, with awesome benefits! Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
