Patent (BioTech) Associate – Washington, DC

We are looking to speak with USPTO registered mid-level patent attorneys with a Ph.D in Biotechnology, or related field, to join our client’s active global life sciences patent team in #WashingtonDC.This is an awesome opportunity to really hone in on drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and preparing invalidity, freedom to operate and patentability opinions.You will also negotiate agreements to further clients’ collaborative research and development strategies.The client exposure is phenomenal on a range of technical areas including vaccines, fluorescent proteins, drug design and screening, and cancer therapies.If you have patent prosecution and counseling experience, including drafting patent applications and responses to office actions; and post-grant procedures at the USPTO, we would be interested to explore this opportunity with you.The work is rewarding, the team is fantastic, and the career development and market exposure is the next level.
