Provide practical and strategic legal advice and guidance to the business and corporate support functions in relation to all aspects of complex and high value third party agreements (variety of areas such as technology related, logistics and transportation, third party product licensing and manufacturing).Undertake or manage drafting, negotiating and finalizing contracts and other types of agreements.Partner with the Legal IP, Privacy, Compliance teams or others where subject matter expertise requires it.Build relationships with legal colleagues and key stakeholders to effectively provide legal and strategic advice to assist the business to meet its objectives.Potential to lead and manage others commensurate with experience.KEY EXPERIENCESQualified in US (Juris Doctor) with a minimum of 8 years’ experience.Prior relevant work experience in a reputable law firm and/or multinational companies is a prerequisite.Prior relevant experience handling commercial transactions related to the technology and digital landscape is a prerequisite.Proven ability to manage people.Experience of intellectual property work is a bonus.Proven ability to balance legal and business objectives.Experience with process management and corporate policy development and implementation is highly desirable.Proven ability to navigate complex organizations effectively.Proven ability to effectively influence, collaborate and build partnerships with legal peers and the businesses.
