in the Land Management Unit of the Real Property Group will assist with real property secondary use and land management assignments.Responsibilities:Assist with the preparation and processing of leases, licenses, permits, easements, encroachment, trespassing, and lease compliance documents.Review appraisals, negotiate, and manage real estate transactions.Perform due diligence activities such as researching and analyzing public records, title reports, drawings, maps, and legal descriptions to identify ownership, property condition, and property rights.Calculate and reconcile rental billings and property assessments.Applicants at this level must have an understanding of real estate principles and more specifically public agency asset and land management standards of practice. The successful applicant must also demonstrate an understanding of ethical standards for the right-of-way profession.Work Schedule:

9/80 Monday through Friday with alternating Fridays off.EMPLOYMENT STANDARDSMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two years of relevant experience; of which two years must have been at the Real Estate Representative I level.Relevant experience

is defined as assisting with property or land management functions OR assisting with acquisition, leasing, disposition, negotiations, and processing of commercial real estate transactions.CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:Employees in this position may be required to obtain and maintain the following certifications, licensing, and registrations:Licenses:
