This is a segment of the DB community with strong growth potential in the future, focusing on Cash Balance, Traditional DB, and DB/DC Combo plans.Job Duties:
Work on the valuation of defined benefit plans, prepare government forms, perform benefit calculations, and compile plan data.Prepare and analyze plan participant data.Calculate benefits for retiring plan participants and prepare benefit election forms.Draft actuarial reports for clients.Prepare IRS & PBGC filings.Assist senior staff in calculations.Perform nondiscrimination and top-heavy tests for defined benefit and combined DB/DC programs.Communicate with clients as needed to convey results and request information.Opportunity to develop client consulting skills and grow at a rapid pace.Qualifications:
