Works with the Assistant Marketing Manager to develop and execute innovative strategic plans to increase customer acquisition, maintain retention and generate revenue from all omni-channels. Provides assistance in the areas of advertising, property marketing and promotions. Responsible for routing approvals for all advertising, promotions, social and events collateral. Manages the planning, implementation, and oversight of digital signage projects. Uses various digital management software to schedule and maintain current brand and promotional creative on all digital signage across the property. Serves as a day-to-day corporate advertising contact, relaying important information on the status of deliverables, meetings, events, and other initiatives to Assistant Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders. Assist with the creation of engaging, timely and easily accessible content for all social outlets. Ensures adherence to established brand standards, guidelines, and voice in partnership with property outlets and external agencies. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory concerns within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to Management. Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters. BRING US YOUR BEST. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Finance, or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and Teams. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred. Must be able to work independently. Excellent organization and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented and willingness to learn and adapt with technology. Knowledge of computers, Word and Excel programs and quantitative analysis skills helpful. One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing. Familiarity with current and emerging digital marketing trends. Must have the ability to think critically and creatively. Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
