Description

Flood and Peterson is looking for a Private Client Account Manager to join our growing Personal Lines team!

The

Private Client Account Manager

will be responsible for servicing, retaining and rounding a book of personal lines business consisting of high net worth clients. This position will interact extensively with clients and carriers. This is a client facing position requiring a professional appearance and professional verbal and communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide day-to-day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client questions and issues in a timely mannerRead and interpret insurance policies to answer coverage questionsGather and analyze information needed to provide appropriate solutions to problems; implement or recommend appropriate actions; know when to seek additional information and/or assistanceComplete review of all policies for assigned clients at renewal including recommendations; identify cross-selling opportunities during reviews; prepare account summaries for VIP accounts based on review and recommendationsPrepare applications, perform remarkets, review quotes & policy forms for accurate coverage comparison, create proposals and issue policies (through bind orders or carrier websites)Perform client renewal meetings including presentationPerform general insurance tasks which may include invoicing, certificates, auto ID cards, proof of property, and endorsementsConvey ideas clearly in both written and verbal form to internal and external clientsResponsible for collection of premium and maintaining account receivables on all assigned accountsResponsible for integrity of policy data and documentation in Agency Management SystemsComply with and follow company workflow procedures and guidelinesMeet with clients and insurance company representativesSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities, but is expected to mentor new team members and lower level positions. Inform Supervisor/Manager of all matters that may give rise to an E&O claim

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INFORMATION

In addition to regular pay, this position is eligible to participate in our annual performance incentive program.

Starting pay for non-exempt position is $30.00 -$35.00/hour . Pay may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Work Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Possess and maintain a Colorado Property & Casualty Producer License5+ years of personal lines high net worth insurance experienceHas experience and familiarity with high net worth insurance carrier systems and appetitesFlood and Peterson Values
