Position Overview:
- Provide full-time coverage Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- One week of night call per month (4:30 PM - 8:00 AM)
- Utilize Cerner EMR
- Rounding on inpatient rehab patients (up to 20/day), handling inpatient consults (4-5/day) and managing 2-3 admissions per day
- Typical cases: Brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injuries, myopathies, and cardiac patients
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active Pennsylvania State Licensure (candidates needing to obtain a license are welcome)
- BLS Certification
- DEA Registration
