Transactional Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney for its Bridgeport office.Job Overview:The Transactional Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of corporate and real estate transactions, including entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, commercial financing transactions, real estate purchases and sales, and leasing.
