This is a challenging, dynamic position with high earnings potential and opportunities for career advancement.The Strategic Account Representative position offers a highly incentivized performance-based compensation package. A motivated and driven individual can earn up to and beyond a six-figure income.Our Strategic Account Representatives serve as the primary point of contact with our clients to promote Westlake's value and expertise in the origination and servicing of direct consumer loans. Their main objective is to develop and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients by producing loans on a regular basis. Westlake seeks individuals with good communication skills and the ability to move decision-makers toward a positive outcome.Being in a fast-paced environment, this role requires a consultative sales and management approach. Each Strategic Account Representative will manage their own dealer base to understand the Westlake Program so they can grow and succeed.This is a full-time position including full-time benefits. This training will prepare and provide you with the proper knowledge and skills to perform the role successfully.You will be part of a positive environment and supportive team where you will be encouraged to raise questions and promote ideas to yield good results.We are a well-established and constantly growing auto finance company; we believe in PEOPLE with the PURPOSE and PASSION.What will you do as our Strategic Account Representative?Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Strategic Franchise Dealerships.Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you.Follow up on new CRM generated leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls to Strategic Franchise Dealerships.Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Strategic Franchise Dealer communities.Constant and effective communication via phone, email, and video meetings with dealer partners to train on current programs and fast funding requirements.Provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the Dealership Partners.QualificationsWhat qualities do we look for in our Strategic Account Representatives?Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (preferred).1-2 years previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success.High School Diploma required.College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience).Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.Clear and effective presentation skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology.Goal-oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement.Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams.What is our pay plan?Hourly position, $17.28/hr + performance-based commissions and bonuses.6-month compensation guarantee of $5,000.00 per month + commission and bonuses.Average rep earnings after 1 year - $160,000.00.Average earnings of the top 25% reps - $245,000.00.Average earnings of the top 50 reps - $305,000.00.No limit on commissions.The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.Full Time Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits.Life Insurance and Long-term disability plans.Flexible Spending Account.401K matching.Employee Stock Ownership Program in a $18.2 Billion Company, plus company matching.Wellness Programs.Metro Tap Card and Metro-link Reimbursement (for Los Angeles, CA employees only).Discounts on Parks, Museums, Movie Tickets, and Attractions.Annual Flu Shot.Paid Vacation Days.Paid Sick Days.Paid Holidays.Gym (available in our Los Angeles, CA & Dallas, TX office).Rental Car Discounts, Dell Member Purchase Program.UKG Wallet.AcknowledgementWe will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.We are an equal opportunity employer and do not unlawfully discriminate in employment.
