The Role:

Director of Marketing and Demand GenerationVanderbloemen serves churches, schools, nonprofits, and Christian businesses through innovative staffing, compensation, succession, and consulting solutions.About the Role:The Director of Marketing & Demand Generation is the manager of the Marketing team. This person is a strategic planner and leader within the firm that assists with executing the CEO and COO’s vision for business growth. The Director is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and initiatives and will assist in identifying opportunities for new and existing clients to engage with Vanderbloemen. This person is a problem-solver and big-picture thinker who strives for creative, strategic, and operational excellence. The Director of Marketing has excellent administrative skills, an innate attention to detail, and the ability to manage various projects at once. This person is a strategic planner who produces content and manages the website and social media platforms. We are looking for a person who is innovative and an excellent people manager.Responsibilities Include:Demand Generation:

Responsible for developing and executing a demand generation strategy that generates 20% YOY increase in Executive Search opportunities for the sales team.Partner effectively with the Sales team to drive increases in SQL’s and closed won opportunities.Develop and oversee RevOps functions to manage the demand generation pipeline, improve our demand gen processes, and leverage technology (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to measure and report on demand gen efficiency and effectiveness.Marketing Strategy Creation and Execution:

Create and execute a successful marketing strategy to meet and exceed company-wide goals.Develop quarterly content plan, strategy development, and execution.Set measurable goals for growth and make adjustments to improve performance.Create, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across an annual marketing calendar.Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.Measure results of marketing campaigns to analyze and improve the effectiveness of client outreach.Annual strategy for conferences–presenting, attending, sponsorship.SEO Optimization:

Leverage best practices to optimize organic and paid SEO outcomes to drive and convert traffic.Provide clear direction to the marketing team and external resources as applicable to optimize keywords and paid search tactics.Brand Steward:

Ensure that outward-facing marketing materials are consistent with the Vanderbloemen brand.Identify opportunities to advance brand recognition, client engagement, and customer exposure.Ensure our digital properties represent the Vanderbloemen culture, values, and brand at all times.Content Creation:

Create and execute a “Compelling Content” strategy to maximize our reach, engage our prospects, clients, and candidates, and convert lookers into buyers.Leverage data and insights to inform content creation for each of our market segments and target markets.Leverage content to effectively tell the Vanderbloemen story.Team Management and Development:

Mentor and manage the members of the marketing team to ensure they achieve their goals, in line with the Vanderbloemen culture and values.Effectively select, provide direction to, and manage the outsourced marketing resources (i.e. advertising agency, freelancers, etc.).What You Bring:Undergraduate degree from an accredited universityAt least 5 years of marketing experience with proven measurable successPrevious experience managing and developing a teamTrack record of creating and implementing a marketing strategyAmbitious, go-getter, and excited about new ideasExperience with content creation, ideation, and brand managementFamiliarity with SEO, Google Ad Words, and deciding where to spend marketing dollarsSignificant experience with Hubspot as a marketing CRMSetting and managing to a marketing budgetPrior experience in business, non-profits, or ministryThink you're a great fit for this role?
