Handle corporate aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and day-to-day operations involving Private Equity portfolio companies.Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Provide high-quality legal services to clients.Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.Conduct legal research and analysis.Draft and review legal documents and agreements.Support senior attorneys in complex transactions and legal matters.Requirements:
3-6 years of private equity experience.Ability to work flexible hours to meet client and firm needs.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong academic credentials.Commitment to providing the highest quality client service.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Pennsylvania or eligibility for admission.Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (or able to become licensed promptly).Skills:
Expertise in private equity transactions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Ability to work effectively under pressure.Benefits Offered:
