Responsibilities include:Implementing treatment plansLeading/modeling activities of daily livingSupporting the treatment philosophy of the programExperience working with at-risk youth is preferred. Requirements include:A high school diploma or equivalent with experience in the fieldAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredA valid driver's license with an approved driving recordCORI and DCF background checksKnowledge of trauma-informed care is helpfulMust be at least 21 years oldNCYF provides paid training and excellent benefits!
