Collaborate with all staff members to foster a culture free from injuries. Ensure that Mitsubishi Chemical Group adheres to all environmental and safety regulatory standards, ensuring a secure workplace. Take charge of developing and implementing the Safety, Health, and Environment (EHS) program. Coordinate EHS activities at the Stockton site by conducting audits, managing projects, and providing training and coaching across all organizational levels. Provide assistance to other Mitsubishi Chemical Group EPP sites as needed.Principal AccountabilitiesOversee the processes to ensure that all department employees receive the requisite safety training in accordance with OSHA and Mitsubishi Chemical Group standards.Strictly enforce adherence to all plant safety rules across all areas at all times. Communicate any confrontations to the respective supervisors.Conduct regular audits of the departments to identify safety and environmental issues, both physical and procedural.
