Skills and Qualifications:Experience: 4-10+ years of Criminal Defense experience (required)License/Certification: Must be admitted to Practice Law in CaliforniaTravel required (must have a car, active DL, and car insurance)Client management and interaction skillsExtremely detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask and handle cases from the onset through completionPoised, polished, and professional in self-appearance, courtroom demeanor as well as with clients, and work productAbility to communicate effectively and have good negotiation skillsRemain in good standing with the State Bar of CaliforniaMUST BE admitted to practice in CaliforniaCriminal defense experience in misdemeanor, felony, resentencing, post-conviction, some trial experience, plus an assortment of contested motions in California.
