We continue to expand our teams, our diversified business model, and more importantly, we begin to cement our role as a future leader in the automotive industry.What’s the role?Our Legal Assistant will be responsible for handling all phases of pursuing deficiency balances on charged-off accounts through litigation, including civil lawsuits and referral to outside attorney firms for such litigation. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment in the legal field of consumer debt collection.What is it like being part of our Legal Team?You will be part of a positive and supportive team that will encourage you to learn, grow, and succeed.
