Responsibilities include assisting the head coach with day-to-day operations including, but not limited to: recruiting, monitoring the student-athletes’ success and progress academically and athletically, organizing practice and game strategies, administrative duties, film breakdown, as well as assisting with fundraising and community outreach programs. The GA will also assist the Head Coach in academic monitoring and the integration of academics into our sport. We use lacrosse as a tool to help students develop good academic and life habits.Job Qualifications

Accepted into a graduate program at North Central College.Experience playing or coaching lacrosse, or athletic administrative experience.Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Experience in college athletics strongly preferred.Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record strongly preferred.Approximate Work Hours

20 hours per week during the academic year, excluding academic breaks.EEO Statement
