Director of Marketing and Communication

Concord Academy, an independent, coeducational boarding and day school located in Concord, MA, seeks a Director of Marketing and Communications. Founded in 1922, Concord Academy balances high academic standards with a focus on educating the whole student through the arts, athletics, and engagement in the world.Reporting to the Associate Head of School for External Relations, the Director of Marketing and Communications is a highly visible and deeply engaged leader. The Director will be a source of ideas, inspiration, and expertise for key partners across campus and is broadly responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Concord Academy’s communications and marketing efforts.The Director manages a creative team that anticipates and serves the needs of internal clients, including Admissions, Advancement, Academics, and Student Life, the Head of School, and the Board of Trustees. The Director is customer-focused, maintains high standards, and provides creative direction beyond the modes of communications and marketing traditionally employed by independent schools.Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience, and the position must be performed on site.
