Customer Sales/Business Development - OutsideOur client is a growing full-service International Freight Forwarding & NVOCC company based in Lodi, NJ with in-house Licensed Customs Brokerage & Asset-based Container Drayage Division.Freight Forwarding Sales ExecutiveOur client is searching for a Sales Executive who is goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and has a can-do attitude, with a proven track record and a minimum of 3 years of industry experience.Job Type:

Full-time/ HybridResponsibilities:Develop Sales Leads and plan targeted Business DevelopmentPromote the company’s full suite of logistics servicesBuild a portfolio of accountsCold calls and frequently meet with prospective customersMaintain accounts and keep up with fast-changing market conditionsAttend trade shows and other similar eventsIdentify new marketsPrimary Focus on Ocean Imports from Far East and SE AsiaReport to VP/GMExperience:Minimum 3 years of Inside and/or Field Sales experience in major Freight Forwarding & NVOCC companies4-yr Bachelor/College degree in Business or Logistics preferredComputer literateExcellent communication, organization, and presentation skillsTravel 50% or more when and where necessaryProven track record; existing clientele is a plusMust have full knowledge of Import and Export operations (previous Import Operations work experience is a plus)This position offers a competitive base salary.
