Mid-Level LampE Associate Attorney

Experience with wage & hour class action and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters is required.Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various labor and employment law matters.Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues related to wage & hour laws, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment-related matters.Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and client communication.Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation proceedings as necessary.Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar.4-6 years of experience practicing labor and employment law, preferably in a law firm setting.Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proven track record of taking initiative and demonstrating ownership over work assignments.Experience with wage & hour class action and PAGA matters.
