Lateral Attorney

The ideal candidate will bring a diverse set of legal skills and perspectives to the firm and play a vital role in providing comprehensive legal services to our clients.Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various practice areas, such as corporate law, litigation, real estate, or intellectual property.Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and advise clients on legal matters.Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop and execute legal strategies.Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and legal trends that may impact clients.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active and in good standing with the Texas State Bar or eligible for immediate reciprocity.Relevant legal experience with a demonstrated track record of success in one or more practice areas.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical legal solutions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active and in good standing with the Texas State Bar or eligible for immediate reciprocity.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Drafting legal documents and contracts.Litigation and courtroom representation.Client counseling and communication.Case management and organization.Negotiation and conflict resolution.Keeping abreast of legal developments.
