Must have 40 hours of availability per week during business hours for the term of the contract.Candidates must have 3+ years of litigation experience in the area of personal injury; experience with abuse cases is preferred. Duties will include preparing complaints and summons to be filed. Ideal candidates will have strong research and writing skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to deal with sensitive materials with compassion and understanding.
