The Global Projects Transactional Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and transactional support to clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors. This role involves managing a team, working closely with a partner or supervising junior associates, and playing a vital role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts.
